What is Renuvion™/J-Plasma®?
Renuvion™/J-Plasma® is a minimally invasive and scarless rejuvenation procedure for the face, neck, arms, legs, back, and abdominal area. Procedure
Dr. Mendieta performs all of his Renuvion™/J-Plasma® procedures at his state-of-the-art surgical facility. After local anesthesia is administered, small incisions are created near the treatment area, through which the Renuvion™/J-Plasma® probe is inserted. Renuvion™/J-Plasma® uses radiofrequency (RF) technology paired with cold helium plasma to tighten the skin and trigger natural cell regeneration.

Recovery
Most Renuvion™/J-Plasma® patients can resume their daily routine within a couple of days of their treatment. Some discomfort, swelling, and bruising may occur, but pain can be managed with oral medication. Dr. Mendieta may recommend wearing a compression garment to help control swelling and promote healing.
Exercise
While work and light activity can be continued within a few days of Renuvion™/J-Plasma® treatment, patients are advised to wait two to three weeks before engaging in strenuous exercises. -
Results
Swelling and bruising may conceal the final results of a Renuvion™/J-Plasma® procedure for as long as three weeks, but there should be a noticeable improvement right after the treatment. Patients can enjoy continuous enhancement as their body produces new collagen over time.
